• Take an original photo within Camp Glavotok (nature, camping life, the sea, sunsets, fun…).
• Send your photo to: marketing@kamp-glavotok.hr
• In your email, include:

1. Your full name
2. Date the photo was taken
3. Contact phone number

• Each participant may submit up to 3 photos.
• Photos must be original, taken exclusively within Camp Glavotok during the 2025 season.
• The organizer may use submitted photos for promotional purposes, crediting the author.
• Incomplete entries or poor-quality photos will not be considered.
• Photos containing offensive or inappropriate content will be automatically disqualified.
• The winning photo will be selected and published on October 1, 2025 on our social media and website.

• The personal data of the contest participants are processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the Organizer Glavotok d.o.o., published on the official website www.kamp-glavotok.hr, in line with the Personal Data Protection Policy of Glavotok d.o.o. and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
• The following personal data are collected and processed as part of this contest:

1. Participant’s full name – collected and processed based on the Regulation on Organizing Prize Games (Official Gazette N.N. 8/2010); the processing is lawful under Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
2. Participant’s contact phone number – collected and processed for communication purposes related to this contest; the processing is lawful under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

• The personal data of the contest participants will be stored for 120 days after the contest ends, except for personal data required for the announcement of the winner and data recorded in the Official Report on the Prize Draw, which will be stored for 5 years. Exceptionally, a longer retention period is possible in the case of legal or other official proceedings, in which case the data will be retained until the final conclusion of such proceedings.
• For inquiries regarding the processing of personal data and for exercising related rights, participants may contact the Data Protection Officer at the email address: feralis@feralis.hr, and may file a complaint with the supervisory authority at azop@azop.hr.
• This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Facebook or Instagram in any way.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the contest rules, with prior notice on the website and social media.
