Camping pitches
The camp is divided into four zones:
- the VIP Sunset zone has the most beautiful location in the camp
- the MARE zone stretches along the sea
- the A zone is located in the very heart of the camp close to the Trattoria
restaurant and sanitary facilities- the B zone makes the upper part of the camp where you will find peace and
quiet
With its campsite capacity for 990 people, the camp offers 330
well-equipped accommodation units ranging in size from 70 to 140 m2.
A wide selection of differently-sized camping pitches in zones of your own
choice which are located in the deep shades of a century-old oak forest along
with the birds chirping, peace and a well-preserved ecological landscape –
Camping Glavotok offers you a complete holiday experience.
You can make a reservation in person at the campsite, via e-mail or via
our website. There is a possibility on our website of sending us an inquiry for
a certain time period or making a direct reservation for the camping pitch in a
zone of your own choice. When booking a pitch, you will be asked to make an
advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation price until the
date indicated in the offer. The rest is paid at the reception upon checking
out. Payment can be made by a bank transfer or via online payment systems. If
the advance is not paid within the specified time limit, the reservation will
be considered invalid. If you are paying by bank transfer, Camping Glavotok is
not responsible for bank fees. Note for payment by card – credit or debit card (Maestro, Visa or
MasterCard) is charged for the amount expressed in euro(EUR) according to the
middle exchange rate of the HNB bank (Croatian National Bank) on the day of
debiting the card. Differences between the currency exchange rate of the HNB
bank and your bank’s exchange rate are possible. The dates of arrival and departure are hereby strictly defined.
Advance payment can be used when changing the reservation dates. Change of arrival or departure date is only possible by writing to us
(via an e-mail) and it is valid if confirmed by the camp in writing. Free cancellation is possible 7 days prior to arrival unless stated otherwise
in the offer you received from the camp. The terms of refund of the advance
payment are listed in the offer based on which you made the reservation. Due to different sizes of pitches, Camping Glavotok will provide guests
with an accommodation unit which will be in accordance with the dimensions of a
camper/camper trailer/tent and additional facilities that can be listed in the
reservation form or in the direct e-mail. Our sales and reception department are responsible for assigning the
camping pitch number and this number is not known until arrival to the
campsite. While making a reservation, you can tell us the number of your
desired pitch number and our team will try to take your request into account in
accordance with the availability of the unit.
On the day of arrival, the check-in time at the camping pitch is
possible from 13:00 and on the day of departure you should check out by 13:00. In
the case of late arrival on the agreed date, Camping Glavotok reserves the
right to wait for your potential late arrival until 18:00 on the day of the
arrival, at which point the booked pitch will be given for resale. If your arrival
at the camp is not possible until 18:00, please inform us about the delay in a
timely manner by phone or e-mail.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR BOOKING A CAMPING PITCH
We take reservations for pitches in the VIP Sunset zone, MARE zone and the A and B zone.
Payment of the reservation advance is possible:

The price of the accommodation unit includes the placement of: one camper trailer or a tent and a personal vehicle, camper or a van and a children’s (small) tent on the pitch, right next to the camper trailer or the camper.
Guests staying on the booked pitches are required to settle their bill and
leave the pitch no later than 13:00 on the day of their departure. If guests do
not leave their pitch until 13:00, an additional one day will be charged.
Settling the bill is done from 8:00 to 13:00 on the day of the departure or
from 18:00 to 20:00 a day prior to the departure. The reception is required to
issue the confirmation of the paid bill and the guests are required to take the
issued invoice. Camping Glavotok is obliged to provide the guest with
accommodation in their booked accommodation units, except in the case of
extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, war etc. Camping Glavotok may propose changes to booked
accommodation or cancel booked accommodation units completely or partially if
there are extraordinary circumstances before or during your stay that cannot be
avoided or removed. If the booked accommodation is not available (due to
an online error or an incorrect offer), the guest is offered an alternative
option. The change in accommodation will take place only if the guests are
aware of it and if they approve it. The offered alternative pitch must be of
the same or higher quality than the quality of the booked pitch. If guests
accept the alternative offer and if it is more expensive, they are obliged to
pay the difference. If the alternative offer is cheaper, the difference in price
is refunded to the guests or they can use it when paying for services on
departure. Camping Glavotok will inform all guests in a timely manner if there
is a change in the reservation or cancellation of the reservation. If Camping
Glavotok is not able to find alternative accommodation, the guest will be
refunded the advance payment. Guest complaints take place at
the reception of the campsite and the guest is obliged to file a complaint
about the inadequate service as soon as they spot it. Camping Glavotok will not
be able to accept complaints related to conditions that are not under the
direct influence of the campsite, such as the state of facilities in the
immediate proximity, climatic conditions, cleanliness of the sea and its
temperature and all other and similar events that may cause guest
dissatisfaction which do not directly affect the quality of the booked
accommodation unit. The maximum compensation of a complaint can be as high as
the price of services for which a complaint was filed, and it can neither include
the services already used nor the full amount of the service. This excludes the
right of the guest to compensation for ideal damages. When settling the bill on departure, there may be
differences which depend on the change in the number of services which were
reported during the inquiry and services actually used during the stay. Since the euro is not yet the
official currency in the Republic of Croatia, prices quoted in euros are
informative and subject to changes in exchange rate differences during the
year.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The guest
gives his personal information voluntarily. Personal data of the guests are
required in the process of realization of the requested service and will be
used for further communication between the guest and Camping Glavotok. Camping
Glavotok d.o.o. undertakes not to provide personal information to a third
party. Personal data of the guest will be stored within a database in
accordance with the decision of Camping Glavotok d.o.o. on the mode of collecting,
processing and storing personal data. When making an inquiry or a reservation,
the guest decides to give consent that their personal data may be used for the
purpose of promotion and marketing activities.
Discounts:- Members of ADAC (Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club), CCI (Camping Carnet International), HAK (Croatian Automobile Club) and UKH (Udruga kampista Hrvatske) are entitled to a 10% discount per person. Members of the above-mentioned associations are kindly requested to present their membership cards at the reception upon arrival or otherwise, the discount will not be granted. - For a continuous stay of the same persons in the camp for more than 14 days, we grant a 20% discount per person. These discounts are mutually exclusive, i.e., only one of the discounts can be used.
After sending a reservation inquiry, please make sure to use the same e-mail
address when corresponding with our sales department, i.e. not to change your
e-mail address when corresponding with our sales department. The terms of refund of the
advance payment are listed in the offer based on which you made the
reservation.
