Reservations - Mobile homes

General Terms of Accommodation Reservations


Camp Glavotok offers reservations for Premium Mobile Homes, Premium Bungalows, Romantic Rooms, Luxury Villas Glavotok, Villas Glavotok, and Deluxe Family Homes.


How to book:


Reservations can be made via email or through our website. On the website, you can send an inquiry for a specific period or book your desired accommodation directly. The accommodation unit number will be assigned by our sales team and will only be confirmed upon arrival. You may note your preferred unit number in the reservation, and we will consider your request based on availability.


Check-in and check-out:


Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the day of departure.


Advance payment:


To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid by the deadline specified in the offer. The remaining balance is payable upon check-out at the reception. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer or through the online system. If the deposit is not paid on time, the reservation will be considered invalid. Payments made via bank transfer may be subject to additional fees outside the responsibility of the camp.


Reservation modifications and cancellations:


Changes to reservation dates are possible only in writing (via email) and will be valid upon confirmation by the camp. Free cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before arrival unless otherwise specified in the offer. For cancellations made 6 days or fewer before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

  2. Online payment during reservation.

The deposit is 30% of the total amount, with the remaining balance payable at the reception. Upon receipt of the payment, you will receive a reservation confirmation/voucher.


Price includes/excludes:


For Premium Mobile Homes, Premium Bungalow, Deluxe Family Home, Luxury Ville Glavotok, and Vile Glavotok:

  • Price includes: Cooking and dining utensils, bed linen (changed every 7 nights), towels (changed every 7 nights), electricity and water consumption, and final cleaning.
  • Price excludes: Pets, tourist tax, and insurance.

For Romantic Room:

  • Price includes: Bed and breakfast, bed linen (changed every 7 nights), towels (changed every 7 nights), electricity and water consumption, and final cleaning.
  • Price excludes: Pets, tourist tax, and insurance.

Final cleaning:


Final cleaning costs €40 and is included in the accommodation price.


Departure policy:


Guests must settle their accounts and vacate their accommodation unit by 10:00 on the day of departure. Late departures will be charged an additional day. Payment can be made between 08:00 and 10:00 on the departure day or between 18:00 and 20:00 the evening before. Receipts for payments are issued at the reception.


Changes and cancellations by the camp:


Camp Glavotok reserves the right to adjust accommodation arrangements in cases of extraordinary circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In exceptional cases, guests may be moved to a different accommodation unit during their stay, with prior notice provided.


Complaints:


Complaints regarding the quality of services must be reported at the reception immediately upon notice. Camp Glavotok cannot address complaints unrelated to its direct influence, such as weather conditions, surrounding property conditions, or similar factors.

The maximum compensation for a complaint is limited to the value of the affected service and does not include already-used services or the total reservation amount. Compensation for ideal damages is excluded.


Use of facilities and inventory:


Guests must use the accommodation facilities and inventory with care. Damages or loss of items must be reported immediately. Upon check-out, the accommodation will be inspected, and any damage or missing items will be charged at their actual repair or replacement cost.


Data protection:


Guest personal data is used solely for reservation purposes and communication with the camp. Camp Glavotok commits to safeguarding the data in compliance with current privacy laws. By making an inquiry or reservation, the guest consents to their data being used for marketing and promotional purposes.
