Reservations - Mobile homes
We take reservations for
mobile homes Standard, Premium, Romantic rooms, Family bungalows and Villas
Glavotok.
You can make a reservation in
person at the campsite, via e-mail or via our website. There is a possibility
on our website of sending us an inquiry for a certain time period or making a
direct reservation in the desired accommodation unit. Our sales and reception
department are responsible for assigning the mobile home number and this number
is not known until arrival to the campsite. While making a reservation, you can
tell us the number of your desired accommodation unit and our team will try to
take your request into account in accordance with the availability of the unit.
On the day of arrival, the
check-in time at the mobile home is possible from 16:00 and on the day of
departure you should check out by 10:00. In the case of late arrival on the
agreed date, Camping Glavotok reserves the right to wait for your potential
late arrival until 20:00 on the day of the arrival, at which point the booked
mobile home will be given for resale. If your arrival at the camp is not
possible until 20:00, please inform us about the delay in a timely manner by
phone or e-mail.
When booking a mobile home,
you will be asked to make an advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the
reservation price until the date indicated in the offer. The rest is paid at
the reception upon checking out. Payment can be made by a bank transfer or via
online payment systems. If the advance is not paid within the specified time
limit, the reservation will be considered invalid. If you are paying by bank
transfer, Camping Glavotok is not responsible for bank fees. Note for payment
by card – credit or debit card (Maestro, Visa, or MasterCard) is charged for
the amount expressed in euros (EUR) according to the middle exchange rate of
the HNB bank (Croatian National Bank) on the day of debiting the card.
Differences between the currency exchange rate of the HNB bank and your bank’s
exchange rate are possible. The dates of arrival and departure are hereby
strictly defined.
Advance payment can be used
when changing the reservation dates. Change of arrival or departure date is
only possible by writing to us (via an e-mail) and it is valid if confirmed by
the camp in writing. Free cancellation is possible 7 days before the guest’s
arrival date unless stated otherwise in the offer you received from the camp.
For all reservations that have been cancelled 6 days before the guest’s
arrival, the deposit will not be returned. The terms of refund of the advance
payment are listed in the offer based on which you made the reservation.

The advance payment amounts to
30% of the total amount, and the rest is paid at the reception of Camping
Glavotok. Payment by a bank transfer must be made no later than 30 days prior to
the date of arrival unless stated otherwise in the offer. Guests without a
credit card must pay the guarantee deposit by a bank transfer no later than 3
days after making the reservation. After receiving your payment, we will send
you a confirmation of your reservation/voucher. The prices of the property
include tourist/sojourn tax, insurance and reservation costs.
For Mobile
homes Standard, Mobile homes Premium, Bungalows and Villas Glavotok:
PRICE INCLUDES: cutlery and
cooking utensils, bed linen (change of every 7 nights), towels (change every 4
nights), electricity and water consumption.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: pets,
final cleaning price to be paid at the reception of Camping Glavotok.
For Romantic
Rooms:
PRICE INCLUDES: bed & breakfast,
bed linen (change of every 7 nights), towels (change every 4 nights), electricity
and water consumption.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: pets,
final cleaning price to be paid at the reception of Camping Glavotok.
Accommodation services are
charged for the entire booked period.
FINAL CLEANING: Final cleaning is not included
in the price and it is charged 30.00 euros one time.
The final calculation of services is made at
the reception of the camp before departure. The prices indicated are
informative.
Guests staying in the booked
accommodation units are required to settle their bill and leave the
accommodation unit no later than 10:00 on the day of their departure. If guests
do not leave their accommodation units until 10:00, an additional one day will
be charged. Settling the bill is done from 8:00 to 10:00 on the day of the departure
or from 18:00 to 20:00 a day prior to the departure. The reception is required
to issue the confirmation of the paid bill and the guests are required to take
the issued invoice.
Camping Glavotok is obliged to
provide the guest with accommodation in their booked accommodation units,
except in the case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters,
pandemics, war etc. Camping Glavotok may propose changes to booked
accommodation or cancel booked accommodation units completely or partially if there
are extraordinary circumstances before or during your stay that cannot be
avoided or removed. If the booked accommodation is not available (due to an
online error or an incorrect offer), the guest is offered an alternative. The
change in accommodation will take place only if the guests are aware of it and
if they approve it. If guests accept the alternative offer and if it is more
expensive, they are obliged to pay the difference. If the alternative offer is
cheaper, the difference in price is refunded to the guests or they can use it
when paying for services on departure. Camping Glavotok will inform all guests
in a timely manner if there is a change in the reservation or cancellation of
the reservation. If Camping Glavotok is not able to find alternative
accommodation, the guest will be refunded the advance payment. There is a
possibility of moving between the accommodation units during the stay of the
guest about which guests will be informed in a timely manner.
Guest complaints take place at the reception of the campsite and the guest is obliged to file a complaint about the inadequate service as soon as they spot it. Camping Glavotok will not be able to accept complaints related to conditions that are not under the direct influence of the campsite, such as the state of facilities in the immediate proximity, climatic conditions, cleanliness of the sea and its temperature and all other and similar events that may cause guest dissatisfaction which do not directly affect the quality of the booked accommodation unit. The maximum compensation of a complaint can be as high as the price of services for which a complaint was filed, and it can neither include the services already used nor the full amount of the service. This excludes the right of the guest to compensation for ideal damages. When settling the bill on departure, there may be differences which depend on the change in the number of services which were reported during the inquiry and services actually used during the stay.
You are obliged to use equipment, devices and inventory in your mobile home as a good host and upon departure leave them in a state in which you found them. You are required to immediately report potential malfunctions and damages at the campsite’s reception. It is not allowed to bring inventory and devices outside the mobile home. As the guest is checking out, the mobile home will be checked and inspected. In the event of damage or disappearance of items from the small inventory, the staff at the reception is authorized to charge the guest in the amount of the damage caused.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The guest gives his personal information
voluntarily. Personal data of the guests are required in the process of
realization of the requested service and will be used for further communication
between the guest and Camping Glavotok. Camping Glavotok d.o.o. undertakes not
to provide personal information to a third party. Personal data of the guest
will be stored within a database in accordance with the decision of Camping
Glavotok d.o.o. on the mode of collecting, processing and storing personal
data. When making an inquiry or a reservation, the guest decides to give
consent that their personal data may be used for the purpose of promotion and
marketing activities.
After sending a reservation
inquiry, please make sure to use the same e-mail address when corresponding
with our sales department, i.e., not to change your e-mail address when
corresponding with our sales department.
