Reservations - General Terms

Glavotok campsite is open from April 10th until October 4th.

Reservations can be made for plots in the A area. The single tax reservation amounts to 30,00 Euro per plot and it is not taken off the definite bill.

We do not accept reservations of less than 7 days

Reservation tax can be paid with:

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the customer is not entitled to refund a booking fee costs.

2) if the guest wishes to make a reservation for the following year at the campsite reception, he/she is free to pay the reservation tax in cash.
Once your payment arrives on our account we will send you a definite confirmation of the reservation.

The reservation confirms the definite number of the plot but we maintain the right to make changes.

The price of the camping plot includes the placement: of one caravan or tent and a passenger car, camper or van and passenger car or motorbike, and a children (small) tent on the plot or by the caravan, or an extra tent, extra camper and extra van on the same camp unit.
Guests staying on the reserved camping plots are obliged to settle the bill at 1 pm at the latest on their departure day and free the plot for the next guests. The bill is to be paid from 8am until 1pm for the same day departure and from 6pm until 8pm if the departure is scheduled for the following day. Guests must check-out of the campsite by 1pm as staying after that time will lead to guests being charged one more day. At the moment of payment the receptionist is obliged to issue the bill and the guest to take the same.

Discounts:

- Members of ADAC, HAK (Croatian Automobile Club) and CCI (Carnet Camping International) associations have 10 % discount on the original price. The guest can use only one of the discounts mentioned. Guests members of the above mentioned associations are asked to present their member cards at the reception on their arrival. Otherwise the discounts won't be valid.
- Guests staying in the campsite for more than 14 days in a row will benefit a 20% discount per person on the original price.

The guests are kindly asked that after making the first request for reservation in their further correspondence with the reception they continue using the same e-mail address, i.e. that they do not write to the reception from another e-mail address.
We also kindly ask our guests that if they are using the REPLY option during the correspondence with the reception, that they delete all the previous e-mails except the last.
